Overview
For over 40 years, Rancho Santa Fe Foundation is a leader in North County San Diego philanthropy. They connect donors with regional and global needs through visionary community leadership, personalized service, and effective grantmaking. In addition to our media outreach work, we supported the social media management efforts with content and graphics creation in accordance with the overall marketing and branding plan.
Challenge
RSFF aimed to establish themselves as the Community Foundation that North County trusts to create impact throughout San Diego, and become known by their three Impact Pillars: Military, Education & Healthy San Diego. The Foundation needed outside assistance to fulfill this vision through strategic recommendations and implementation.
Results
Scatena Daniels implemented their social media promotion, creating content that adhered to the organization’s marketing plan, key messaging, content frequency, and created templates that adhered to the organization’s branding. Rancho Santa Fe Foundation saw increases in audience across all platforms (+64.9%), engagements (+152.2%), and impressions (+171.2%). Because of these efforts, RSFF was successfully positioned in front of their target audiences on social.
